Wow this is it.... 

the New York Press said of Basil: "there can no longer be any question that Twist is far and away the greatest creator of performing objects-puppets-working today."  I hope he doesn't let all the glory go to his head!  But i'm not afraid of that.  Working with puppets ain't all glory.  So much spray adhesive you can't move your fingers, more spandex than that little old sewing machine can handle.  And don't forget all those gosh darn tech rehearsals.  The curtains, the alien eye lights, the anal probe. again! *crack* again!  But it really paid off.  Check out the press.  and congratulations to Joey and Basil and the puppet gang.

Olga

Here is Olga from Russia an aerialist who worked with Joey in ZUMANITY till her near fatal accident that almost left her crippled for life. But Olga is such a survivor that she came back stronger and more beautiful. She is blessed. She flew in to celebrate the opening Night of Arias with a Twist with Mr. Mugler. Still going thru therapy she is finding herself getting ready to suprise us with a new life and maybe back on stage! Pictured with Arias and Twist opening Night.

June 14th was opening night for Arias with a Twist, and it was a magical night where glamour really was re-born in downtown New York. Here are many elegant super vip's.

Our First Performance!

Our first performance before an audience was graced by Thierry Mughler who has created all of Joey's looks throughout the years. He has been artistic advisor for this new show and created all the costume concepts for Joey. You can see his sketches in an earlier post!
