Arias with a Twist Hits the Road! "Eat your heart out, Madonna. The chanteuses who play Madison Square Garden and football stadiums have never experienced the imaginative heights of spectacle with which Basil Twist surrounds Joey Arias" - Ben Brantley, The New York Times

"Dear Santa Baby, this Christmas all I want in my stocking is Joey Arias. My fishnet stocking, that is, because this drag chanteuse works black stilettos, thigh highs and an ever-present microphone like Eartha Kitt in overdrive."
Arias with Chris Bowen, Shits and Giggles Promoter and Cody Bayne, Promoter / Manager.

You and Arias make a gorgeous couple. Project Runway's Austin Scarlett and entourage made their way to HERE last week to check out Thierry Mughler's latest concept for Arias, designed by fellow "Runway" Alum Chris March. King of sportswear judge Michael Kors was by a few weeks ago and busted a few seams throughout the evening, having been thoroughly entertained by Arias' antics. Our show should be a must see for all Runway-ers both old and new. Come one, come all Joey's corsette is not to be missed.
Joey thinks Basil needs to get back to New York immediately! Pickups (trucks) and Hay? Basil is actually in Fort Worth lending a hand to Hip Pocket Theatre's under the stars production of The Island of Dr. Moreau. Basil your goddess Joey demands you get back to him and the family as soon as possible.

This is Chris Sadler on the right, one of Dorothy B. Williams many gorgeous grandchildren. He came with his wife Anne, to visit Arias- also to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the opening of the Dorothy B. Williams Theatre. Dorothy was Basil's beloved grandmother, and wife to Griff Williams. Griff was a big band leader, and his string puppets, that were created for his orchestra in 1933 by Theodore Mack of Chicago, are currently playing in Arias with a Twist.
